As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with sophisticated issues for both . and international clients. We offer flexibility in terms of work schedule, with options for full-time, part-time, or flex-time positions. Depending on your background and experience, this position can be at the Partner, Counsel, or Senior Associate level.

To comply with state disclosure requirements, the compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $400,000, plus incentives. We offer competitive salaries and incentives to reward our team members for their hard work and dedication.

If you have 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, including ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, in a private practice law firm, we want to hear from you! Additional experience with fiduciary and corporate governance matters is a plus. Other qualifications include a law degree from an accredited institution and active membership in good standing in at least one state bar.

We are looking for individuals with superior analytical and legal skills, mature judgment, and innovative thinking. The ability to apply legal knowledge to create practical business solutions is a must. A flexible and entrepreneurial attitude towards the business of law is highly valued. Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills are also important to inspire confidence in our clients.
