We are currently seeking a Paralegal II - Restructuring to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 7-10 years of experience in a law firm handling complex Chapter 11 Bankruptcy matters for large corporate clients, supervising teams, preparing filings and related court proceedings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters and coordinate preparation and filing of related legal documents.
• Coordinate logistics and preparation of materials for Court filings, hearings, auctions, and client meetings.
• Manage process of drafting and revising monthly, quarterly, and final fee applications.
• Draft routine filings (. attorney appearances, notices of filings, notices of motions, bankruptcy petitions, pleadings).
• Assist with electronic court filing of bankruptcy related documents.
• Interact with outside entities (clients, court personnel, witnesses, consultants, noticing agents, creditors etc.).
• Manage Hearing Preparation.
• Set up and manage remote offices and support (. remote office setup and logistics).
• Arrange service of filed pleadings with noticing agents.
• Prepare documents and hearing materials.
• Prepare proposed orders for Court submission.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience preferably in a law firm handling complex Chapter 11 Bankruptcy matters for large corporate clients, supervising teams, preparing filings and related court proceedings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and flexibility to quickly adapt essential skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Flexibility to accommodate for travel and overtime is required.
• MS Office proficiency required; Proficiency relating to electronic filing and Pacer Pro; Knowledge of Carpe Diem, Westlaw, and SharePoint is a plus.
