ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to the trial team in all phases of litigation

• Conduct legal research and update internal databases

• Prepare and organize documents and correspondence for court filings

• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and evidence

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes

• Communicate with court personnel and third parties regarding case status

• Accurately track and record billable and non-billable time



REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years of complex litigation experience

• Experience with large case management, trial preparation, and document production

• Knowledge of legal research tools and databases

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Relativity, and Word

• Certification or associate’s degree in paralegal studies, bachelor’s degree preferred
