Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
Experience: 2-4 years (required), 3-5 years (preferred)

Armstrong Teasdale LLP, a top law firm located in Miami, Florida, is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide administrative assistance to all litigation timekeepers and work within a team environment to ensure uninterrupted workflow in service. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, and a strong desire to grow and develop within our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and proofread all legal documents and correspondence
- Execute electronic court filings and download court pleadings
- Maintain client files (both paper and electronic), organize and file documents, and complete electronic scanning
- Conduct accounting tasks, including processing expenses, reimbursements, and invoices
- Support trial preparation by maintaining and tracking case chronology
- Manage multiple calendars and scheduling systems
- Perform digital transcription tasks
- Assist in preparing discovery production and scheduling depositions
- Conduct conflict checks and complete the file opening process
- Coordinate and make travel arrangements
- Track and manage CLE reporting
- Communicate effectively with clients and timekeepers on project updates and information

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2-4 years of related experience (required)
- 3-5 years of related experience (preferred)
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Leadership skills and ability to provide constructive feedback to peers
- Willingness to learn and participate in training opportunities
- Team player with the ability to provide feedback and solutions

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience
