## Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
* 6 years’ Paralegal experience supporting a Finance practice group in a law firm or professional services environment
* Experience managing data rooms and matter files on document management systems
* Detail-oriented and self-motivated
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of work

## Preferred Requirements

* Blue Sky experience
* Experience preparing and filing a variety of corporate legal documents (Articles of Incorporation/Organization, amendments, state qualifications, consents, merger documents, closing books, electronic closing sets, initial drafts or certificates, short-form closing deliverables, and filing annual reports)
* Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Large firm experience

## What Will Your Day Look Like?

As a Sr. Paralegal, you will spend your day performing a range of substantive case, matter, or entity-related duties. This will include developing, monitoring, and updating closing and other books and other documents. You will also be responsible for researching, preparing, and filing legal UCC Financing Statements, Articles of Incorporation/Organization, annual reports, managing data rooms, and matter files, coordinating execution and delivery of documentation to other parties’ counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, etc., including all closing documentation. You will also develop, monitor, and update closing and other checklists.

## Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $95k-$130k depending on the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
