This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in software and electronics IP, with a focus on health and medicine. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, and be familiar with all aspects of . and foreign patent prosecution. Prior firm experience and registration with the USPTO is required, and industry work experience and patent litigation experience are a plus.
