Job Description Summary:
As a Paralegal at Faegre Drinker, you will join our Products Liability & Mass Torts practice and support the Food group in our Minneapolis office. You will work alongside top lawyers and legal professionals to make a difference in servicing our clients. You will also have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of product liability laws and issues and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level, detail-focused, and proactive litigation support
- Assist with eDiscovery management, including organization, searches, productions, redactions, and document disposition
- Analyze and organize large amounts of information and data sets
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in civil litigation, state and federal court procedures, and working with regulatory bodies
- Prepare agency, state, and federal court filings
- Gain and utilize a deep understanding of product liability laws and issues
- Assist with research, document organization, and witness preparation
- Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for trial/arbitration
- Special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:
-
- 5+ years of related experience in place of education
- Previous experience with litigation at the federal and state level
- Experience with medical records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in tracking, organizing, and running basic calculations and analytics using Excel
- Experience as a paralegal in a law firm strongly preferred
- Experience in CM/ECF or local e-filing strongly preferred
