Salary for this position will be based on experience and qualifications. The range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year.


EXPERIENCE INFORMATION
The ideal candidate for this position will have 4-10 years of prior administrative assistant experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department. Experience in multiple areas of law, particularly litigation, is highly preferred. Some college education is preferred, with a background in legal studies or paralegal studies being a plus. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to their work. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. A typing speed of 60 wpm is preferred.
