Job Summary:
As a litigation paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including e-discovery, document management, trial preparation, and more. With attorney supervision, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their legal needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of pleadings, discovery, and administrative filings in federal and state court matters and arbitration proceedings
- Analyze and organize documents and data from discovery materials
- Prepare deposition and record subpoenas, and assist with deposition outlines and summaries
- Conduct legal research and assist with motion preparation
- Maintain calendars, assist with billing and invoice processing, and update client matter reports
- Liaise with courts and litigation vendors
- Prepare responses to audit requests
- Keep up-to-date with developments and procedures in relevant forums

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a legal setting, preferably with a focus on employment law
- Proficiency in Windows environment and legal software such as Lexis and Pacer
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a strong client service mindset
- ABA Paralegal Certificate highly preferred

Educational Requirements:
- Associate Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Paralegal degree or related certificate, or equivalent minimum
- ABA Paralegal Certificate highly preferred
