Job Summary:
O'Hagan Meyer, a growing law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in labor & employment to join their Newport Beach office. The ideal candidate will have experience with wage and hour class action, PAGA, and FEHA. This is a great opportunity to join a diverse practice and develop your legal skills through mentorship and professional development activities.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court, including deposing witnesses and preparing cases for trial
- Defend challenging cases involving wage and hour violations, employment discrimination and harassment, breach of contract, and other tort claims
- Keep clients updated on significant developments in litigation through reporting and telephone conferences
- Support client development and marketing efforts with the partnership

Requirements:
- Bar admission in the State of California
- Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school with a GPA of or higher
- Strong organizational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Excellent writing skills to effectively communicate with the court, clients, and opposing counsel

Salary and Experience:
- Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $190,000 per year
- Entry to mid-level experience preferred
- Flexible schedule and remote working options available
