Qualifications

- Litigation paralegal skills transferable to this position
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple demands daily
- Proactive and able to work independently

Responsibilities

- Maintain calendar of deadlines for data breach notifications, regulatory investigations, and responses
- Draft breach notifications to individuals and regulators
- Prepare responses to regulatory investigations and requests for information
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and vendors
- Manage documents and organize case files
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for quotes and support in cyber incident investigations and notifications
- Track vendor contracts and Statements of Work
