The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience and a strong background in employee benefits, including expertise in counseling and advocacy services for a diverse range of benefits plans.

Competitive Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits Package

In addition to a dynamic and challenging work environment, Hodgson Russ offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and a pension plan. The good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position in Buffalo is $135,000 to $160,000, which may vary based on experience, portables, and skill level. Please note that this range is not applicable to other locations.
