Advice to law firm management: As an associate, you might feel your talents are better compensated elsewhere. Salary and benefits at this firm appear unchanging over the years.

Pros: The best thing about this job is that you will always be busy. There is work coming out of the woodwork for you. You have no choice but to improve your skills.

Cons: The worst part about this firm is that salary and benefits have been stagnant for years. Inflation seems to outpace this firm's interest in giving raises and bonuses.
