Summary:

Greenspoon Marder, a law firm located in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their Family Law Practice Group. This full-time, non-exempt position requires a minimum of three years of experience and strong organizational skills. The paralegal will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting research, and assisting attorneys in preparation for meetings, hearings, and trials. Responsibilities:

- Bill and enter own time daily
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Input information into file database
- Conduct legal research and prepare synopsis
- Review and organize document productions and trial/hearing notebooks
- Interact with all parties and respond to inquiries
- Assist attorneys in preparation for meetings, hearings, depositions, and trials
- Prepare and file documents at the State level
- Manage information through various firm databases

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal
- Associate degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience reading and organizing financial documents
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other firm databases
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with all parties professionally
