You will also be responsible for researching, preparing, and filing legal UCC Financing Statements, Articles of Incorporation/Organization, annual reports, managing data rooms, and matter files, coordinating execution and delivery of documentation to other parties’ counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, etc., including all closing documentation. You will also develop, monitor, and update closing and other checklists. **Salary and Benefits:** In accordance with New York City, California, and Washington’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, California or Washington is $95k-$130k.
