Law Firm Seeking Experienced Subrogation Paralegal for Dynamic Team

- Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000
- Work schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Analyze and summarize damages
- Draft complaints, motions to compel and other discovery motions
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Case file management
- Document management
- Coordinate scene examinations, destructive testing and depositions
- Review financial and business records and prepare chronologies
- Preparing FOIA requests
- Witness investigation
- Trial and deposition preparation
- E-filing in both state and federal courts

Requirements:

- Four-year bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
- Proven civil litigation experience
- Knowledge/experience of state and federal courts, rules of civil procedure, and e-filing
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills
- Motivation and skill to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven computer/technology skills
