Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and affidavits
- Communicate with clients, courts, counsel, and other parties involved in cases
- Conduct legal research and factual investigations
- Coordinate and summarize depositions
- Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence for trials
- Assist with case settlements and witness preparation
- Perform administrative duties and maintain case files

Qualifications:
- Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years of litigation experience required
- Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred
- Experience in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury related practice areas preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of legal procedures and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing speed of at least 35 wpm

As an Experienced Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our talented attorneys before, during, and after trials. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, communicating with clients and other parties, conducting research, and organizing exhibits and evidence for trials. You will also assist with case settlements and witness preparation, and perform administrative tasks to keep cases on track.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of litigation experience and preferably completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program. Experience in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury related practice areas is also preferred. You should also possess strong multitasking and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of legal procedures and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of at least 35 wpm are also required.
