Wilshire Law Firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our Employment Single Action department in Sacramento. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients seek justice and compensation for cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and harassment. Your expertise and dedication will help us progress our clients' cases through litigation and make a positive impact in their lives.

Daily Tasks:

- Propound and respond to discovery.
- Prepare documents for filing with state and federal courts.
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel.
- Manage calendaring and deadlines.
- Assist with pre-trial preparation and drafting trial documents.

Your Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Paralegal in Employment litigation for Single Plaintiff.
- Working knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure.
- Familiarity with DFEH and EEOC claims process.
- Experience drafting Meet and Confer responses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Experience in Federal procedure is a plus.
