Join our team at a progressive and innovative law firm in Jacksonville, FL as a paralegal. We are currently seeking experienced paralegals to support our construction defect practice group in our Jacksonville office.

As a paralegal, you will be responsible for all aspects of case management, including pre-trial preparation, summarizing medical records, depositions, and employment records. You will also assist with discovery work and be expected to have excellent organizational skills and be self-motivated. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to come into the office, so you must live in the greater Jacksonville area.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5-10 years of litigation experience in construction defect and trial experience. A paralegal certificate is also required. In addition, we are looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to process and follow up on subpoenas for various records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and trial preparation experience is preferred.
