Perkins Coie LLP, a nationally recognized law firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated Trademark Paralegal to join their team in multiple locations across the United States. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

The Trademark Paralegal will assist attorneys in the clearance and prosecution of . and foreign trademark and copyright matters, including searches, enforcement, and due diligence. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of IP/Trademark paralegal experience. Experience in a mid to large-sized law firm is preferred.

This position requires the ability to draft and file trademark and service mark applications, prepare and file copyright applications, and independently draft domestic and international Office Action responses. The Paralegal will also be responsible for communicating with foreign associates regarding international trademark matters, managing internet domain names, and handling adverse matters, demand letters, and domain name arbitrations.

To be successful in this role, the Paralegal must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with team members, staff, and clients at all levels. They must also possess strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills and have a high level of accuracy in reviewing and maintaining docket deadlines.
