Job Title: Paralegal - Personal Injury
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury matters

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and draft legal documents, including discovery demands and responses
- Communicate with defense counsel, clients, and other relevant parties
- Manage project timelines and perform legal research
- Assist with client issues related to medical treatment and temporary disability
- Prepare cases for court and assist with trial preparation

Qualifications:

- Practical knowledge of litigation in Personal Injury cases (auto and truck accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Paralegal certificate or associate degree required

Law Firm Seeks Experienced Paralegal for Personal Injury Department in Hamilton Office

Stark & Stark, a leading law firm in Hamilton, NJ, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Personal Injury department. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) plan with profit sharing.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury matters, with practical knowledge of litigation in this area. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and fluency in Spanish is a plus. A paralegal certificate or associate degree is also required for this position.

As a Paralegal in our Personal Injury department, you will be responsible for preparing and drafting legal documents, communicating with defense counsel and clients, managing project timelines, and assisting with client issues related to medical treatment and temporary disability.
