Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate to join their team in the Dallas, TX office. The successful candidate must have strong writing and research skills, experience drafting research memos, motions, and pleadings, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar.


Job Summary:
The Labor & Employment Associate will provide employment-related counseling and represent employers in class, collective, and individual plaintiff employment actions. This includes but is not limited to wage and hour issues, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, accommodations, restrictive covenants, and leaves of absence.

Job Requirements:
-Strong writing and research skills
-Experience drafting research memos, motions, and pleadings
-A desire to expand their legal skill set
-A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
-In good standing with the Texas State Bar
