Wilson Sonsini, a premier law firm for technology and life sciences companies, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their team. This role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for both internal and external users of the firm's digital programs. This is a full-time position that can be done in a hybrid or fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of digital platform on a daily basis
• Assist with implementing systems and processes for managing and scaling a digital customer experience organization
• Promote enjoyable experiences for both internal and client stakeholders during the transition to new digital service technologies
• Assist with sales operations outreach and tracking
• Provide demonstrations and training to internal users and clients
• Proactively resolve end-user issues and drive satisfaction
• Collect and analyze data to identify and solve potential problems
• Build relationships with end-users to increase adoption and retention
• Escalate operational issues to management
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in software customer support, account management, customer success, or client service
• Experience with B2B platforms preferred
• Experience in the legal field strongly preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn new skills


Compensation:

The base pay for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and location. The anticipated salary range is as follows:

• San Francisco and Silicon Valley: $81,600 - $110,400 per year
• Austin, Boston, Boulder, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Seattle, and Wilmington: $73,100 - $98,900 per year
• Salt Lake City and all other locations: $65,450 - $88,550 per year

In addition, a discretionary year-end merit bonus may be offered based on performance. Wilson Sonsini also offers a highly competitive benefits package.
