Advice to law firm management: I would like to see more promotions given to those that have worked hard and have put in the time and effort to get where they are.

Pros: ALL of the staff members here are very friendly and easy to socialize with. I also felt as though the starting pay was exceptional.

Cons: There is a real lack of sense of progress in terms of growth at this firm. It is hard to tell where you stand and I did not see many promotions take place during my stay here.
