Job Description:

As a paralegal in our Commercial Real Estate Department, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with attorneys and clients on a variety of real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include drafting and preparing loan documents, conducting title and survey examinations, and assisting with commercial lending matters.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of three years of demonstrated experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm with a commercial real estate practice. Additionally, experience dealing with commercial lenders and strong knowledge of drafting loan documents is required.
