The Pittsburgh office of Cipriani & Werner is seeking a motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have insurance defense/personal injury litigation experience and be able to assist attorneys with various tasks such as scheduling depositions and defense medical exams, preparing legal documents, and researching legal precedent.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling depositions and defense medical exams/expert retention
- Preparing legal documents
- Calendaring/docketing
- Reviewing discovery
- Analyzing medical records
- Researching legal precedent
- Trial/hearing preparation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred
- Proficiency with Word and case management software required
- 2 years of general liability, insurance defense, personal injury litigation, or Workers’ Compensation litigation experience required
- 5 years preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
