Fowler White has an immediate opportunity for an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal in its Miami office.

Qualification and Experience Qualified candidates must possess at least 5 years litigation experience, including actual experience in trial preparation and support, and must be able to travel within Florida for trial attendance as needed. The paralegal will work directly with attorneys to assist in the litigation process. Duties include, but are not limited to reviewing, organizing and summarizing documents, preparing witness files, assisting with expert witnesses, and assisting attorneys in preparation for trial. Must be familiar with rules and procedures of Florida federal and state courts; including the requirements for the filing of documents using CM/ECF systems.
