This firm has a backstabbing work culture and an extremely toxic work environment. HR and the director abuse staff and the management committee does not care. Everyone is expendable and there is a revolving door. They even have a staff bully that they use to harass people and get them fired, she has been written up several times and still has a job because she is best friends with HR. Nepotism runs rampant here. Attorneys yell at staff. I will never hire them again because they billed me to death and my attorney was never available when I had questions. Don’t bother applying here or hiring here.
