Greenberg Traurig, a leading global law firm, is currently seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team in New York. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package. This role will provide organizational and substantive assistance to attorneys in the Corporate Department practice group, including working on a variety of corporate transactions such as private company financings, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a mid-to-large law firm or in-house transactional position, and be a New York notary.
