() The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. This position will provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize the company's legal liability. This is a REMOTE position and the candidate must be located in the North East/Central region and be fluent in Spanish. Key Responsibilities: - Provide consultation to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and termination - Conduct investigations into reported concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations - Collaborate with Operational Management, HR Business Partners, and Legal teams to develop solutions for complex employee relations issues - Stay up-to-date on legal requirements and employment legislation within the supported region - Travel to company sites as needed Skills and Abilities: - Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills - Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and company policies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization - Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately - Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent major, or 4 years of additional experience - 5 years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations - Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Ability to travel up to 10% Salary Information: - Salary ranges from $60K to $75K based on internal equity, market data, applicant's skills and experience, and relevant degrees or certifications Benefits: - Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life and disability insurance options - Paid time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family and parental leave - Tax advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan Ryder is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
