Position Summary:



Clark Hill PLC is seeking a Paralegal with 1-3 years of experience for our Tax and Estate Planning department in Pittsburgh, PA. This person will be responsible for tax preparation for clients and should have a working knowledge of tax preparation software. A background in Accounting or Finance is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A is required.



Responsibilities:

- Prepare tax documents for clients using tax preparation software
- Manage and maintain client files and records
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for tax preparation
- Assist attorneys with estate planning and trust administration
- Conduct research on tax and estate planning laws and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate tax preparation
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information
- Support attorneys with various administrative tasks as needed



Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in tax and estate planning
- Working knowledge of tax preparation software, such as Lackner Estates and Trust Administration

- Background in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
