Intellectual Property Attorney Position
Law Firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property attorney with a minimum of $600k+ in portable and consistent business. The attorney must have a background in patent prosecution, transactional, and/or litigation work. The attorney must be able to work with a diverse range of clients, including those in the life sciences industry. The attorney must demonstrate excellent communication and business development skills.

Position Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of Intellectual Property matters, including patent prosecution, transactional, and/or litigation work.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the life sciences industry.
• Work collaboratively with other Intellectual Property attorneys in the firm.
• Engage in business development activities.
• Draft and negotiate contracts.
• Provide legal advice on Intellectual Property matters.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of $600k+ in portable business.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in at least one state.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of Intellectual Property matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff members.
• Excellent business development skills.
• Ability to represent clients in court, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.
