The candidate should have 2 years of experience in litigation, trial preparation, litigation maintenance, document management, calendaring, etc. should have a Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved Paralegal program. Should have Knowledge of construction defect law and complex litigation. Exceptional organizational, computer and technical skills. Experience with case management and trial preparation. Have a strong work ethic. Must possess strong grammar, spelling and editing skills. Experience with filing procedures. Should be able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints. Experience conducting investigations and legal research. Proficient drafting of discovery requests and responses, correspondence and pleadings. Knowledgeable and experienced with depositions and interrogatories.
