Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, is currently hiring for an experienced litigation paralegal in our Chicago office. - Solid knowledge of litigation support and case management
- Experience organizing large caseloads, discovery and trial preparation
- Familiarity with Illinois, Missouri and Federal rules of civil procedure
- Extensive client contact, document review and production
- Drafting and responding to discovery, indexing, exhibit preparation, investigation and research
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Law Firm Experience and Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
- 2-4 years litigation paralegal experience
- Problem-Solving skills, including flexibility to complete tasks as required by clients and/or counsel

As a litigation paralegal at our law firm, you will be responsible for supporting our attorneys in all aspects of the litigation process. This includes organizing and managing large caseloads, preparing for trials, and communicating with clients. We are seeking a candidate who is knowledgeable about litigation support and case management, and has experience with drafting and responding to discovery requests.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work on ETT/Asbestos cases, although experience in this area is not required. We are looking for a candidate who is familiar with the Illinois, Missouri, and Federal rules of civil procedure, and who has excellent research and investigation skills. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and previous experience working in a law firm and/or a paralegal certificate is preferred.

We are seeking a problem-solver who is able to adapt to changing tasks and priorities, and who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position, and candidates must be able to work in our Chicago office.
