Job Title: Labor & Employment Attorney

Position Overview:
- Seeking a lateral attorney with significant counseling experience
- Representing employers in all aspects of employee and labor relations
- Must have superior knowledge of the law and a strong commitment to client service
- Ability to work efficiently and problem solve for clients
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Willingness to generate publications and speak in public to keep clients informed about workplace developments
- Flexible position for associate, counsel, or partner level
- Firm is open to considering small groups for this position

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and advice to employers on labor and employment matters
- Assist clients with problem-solving and compliance strategies
- Draft and review employment-related documents
- Represent clients in litigation and administrative proceedings
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff
- Stay informed about workplace developments and share knowledge with clients
- Contribute to firm publications and speak at public events

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
- 5+ years of significant counseling experience in labor and employment law
- Superior knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws
- Strong commitment to client service
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Ability to work efficiently and problem solve for clients
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Willingness to generate publications and speak in public events
