Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
- 5+ years of significant counseling experience in labor and employment law
- Superior knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws
- Strong commitment to client service
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Ability to work efficiently and problem solve for clients
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Willingness to generate publications and speak in public events
