We are currently looking for a skilled Labor and Employment Attorney to join our team and advocate on behalf of employers in cases such as wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour matters. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to research and counsel clients on various labor and employment issues, draft legal documents, and play an active role in litigation.


Responsibilities:

Advocate for employers in various labor and employment cases
Research and counsel clients on employee-related issues
Draft legal documents and policies
Participate in litigation, including drafting pleadings, reviewing discovery, and conducting depositions
Conduct Title VII and Title IX investigations.


Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience advocating on behalf of employers in a law firm
Excellent writing, analytical, litigation, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with teams and independently, and manage multiple projects
Must be licensed or able to attain a license to practice law in the State of Ohio
