Overview:
- Law firm seeking highly motivated mid-level associate for Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration practice group in Los Angeles
- Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation and a desire for trial work
- Experience in defending wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits, is desired
- Transactional employment experience, including drafting agreements and responding to agency complaints, is a plus
- Superior academic and writing credentials required, along with

Responsibilities:
- Defend wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits
- Draft employment and severance agreements
- Respond to EEOC and DFEH complaints
- Conduct witness interviews and depositions
- Counsel employers on federal and state employment law compliance
- Draft workplace policies and assist with employment training programs
- Manage traditional labor relations

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation
- Desire for trial work
- Experience in wage and hour claims and class action lawsuits
- Transactional employment experience
- Superior academic and writing credentials

Compensation:
- Target annual pay range of $220,000-295,000
- Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and market factors
