## Attorney – Labor & Employment at Law Firm
Law Firm is looking for two attorneys to join their National Client Service Center (NCSC) team in the Columbus, OH office. These full-time staff attorney positions are not on the partnership track and offer a more predictable schedule with lower billable hours requirements, ideal for someone who is looking to perform sophisticated work at a national law firm without the expectations of business development.

### Job Responsibilities
The attorneys will be responsible for servicing national clients and working with attorneys across 17 offices to handle a wide variety of labor and employment administrative (EEOC, etc.) and court litigation tasks, advice and counsel, investigations, policy drafting, traditional labor, and more.

### Qualifications
- JD and Ohio bar admission required. Other bar admissions, such as California and New York, preferred but not required.
- 4-9 years of labor and employment law experience.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Communicate clearly and precisely with clients and other team members.
- Persuasive writing and fact investigation experience preferred.
