The candidate should have 3-6 years experience, in the practice areas of litigation, workers’ compensation, labor and employment law (management), including civil rights, collective bargaining, and arbitration. Manage client contact and immediate responsibility. Should have knowledge in litigation, human resources or industrial and labor relations education or experience.
The candidate will join a law firm with a practice in public sector management-side labor and employment law and education law. Must have 0-3 years of experience. Related experience is preferred. Strong academics and written and verbal advocacy skills are necessary.
