Bilingual Immigration Paralegal Duties: Prepare and file immigration petitions with focus on business-based petitions AND/OR family-based. Perform legal research as needed.
Qualification and Experience Qualifications: Preferred experience with PERM, H-1B's, L-1, E-2, O-1, U-1, NIW's, I-601A Waivers, Asylum, Consular/NVC Process. Experienced drafting supporting letters and forms, manage client communications, work independently and interact with government officials to move cases forward. Must be able to manage complex tasks efficiently; prioritize work load in extremely time-sensitive field of law; meet strict deadlines;be highly detail-oriented and have the ability to edit carefully; provide outstanding client service; flexible and adaptable to fast-paced setting; organized; self-motivated with strong initiative; possess a positive attitude and a professional demeanor. Knowledge required:Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have excellent written communication skills.
