Responsibilities include maintaining case and client files, processing new business intake, time entry, and providing general administrative support

Bachelor's degree preferred, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required

Must have prior experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm or similar environment

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure with attention to detail and discretion

- Produce high-quality work product within deadlines

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
