- Defend against discrimination, disability accommodation, and sexual harassment lawsuits
- Practice before arbitrators and the NLRB on labor matters for management
- Navigate state, local, and federal laws and regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to avoid litigation

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of employment law and related regulations
- Experience working with labor and employment attorneys
- Membership in the California Bar
