Job Title:

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years practicing employment law
- Labor experience preferred but not required
- Strong academic record and California Bar membership required

Responsibilities:
- Litigate wrongful termination cases
- Handle employee unfair competition/trade secrets disputes
- Represent clients in wage and hour class actions
- Defend against discrimination, disability accommodation, and sexual harassment lawsuits
- Practice before arbitrators and the NLRB on labor matters for management
- Navigate state, local, and federal laws and regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to avoid litigation

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of employment law and related regulations
- Experience working with labor and employment attorneys
- Membership in the California Bar
