Employee Relations Partner - Remote: - Salary range is $60K to $70K - Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, law or equivalent major required - 5+ years experience in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations required - Remote position, must live in the Southeast Region - Responsible for providing tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees - Conducts HR investigations to resolve employee issues and ensure adherence to policies and regulations - Provides guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize legal liability - Oversees daily administration of reported concerns and employee relations matters - Collaborates with Operational Management, HR, Labor Relations, and Legal teams to find solutions to complex issues - Ensures high-quality HR support through performance management, compliance, and employee communication - Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and company policies - Strong conflict resolution, communication, and organizational skills - Must be able to work independently and handle confidential information appropriately - Travel may be required to company sites within supported region
