Corporate Transactions Paralegal The Corporate Transactions Paralegal will have a crucial role in Foley & Lardner LLP's Business Law Department, providing essential support for our clients and attorneys. This position requires experience in commercial closings and financing transactions, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
