We are currently seeking a Personal Injury Junior Associate Attorney to join our team and play a key role in fighting for consumer rights. This position will be based in our Philadelphia office and will primarily focus on pre-suit work for personal injury cases, specifically in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

- Daily management of all pre-litigation tasks
- Completion of Flip-to-Lit approval process
- Guiding clients through the case process
- Drafting and filing pre-litigation documents
- Overseeing settlement negotiations and demand package formation
- Managing release approval process
- Leading a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Driving compliance and KPIs amongst team
- Conducting EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the PA State Bar Association
- 2+ years of experience in premises or personal injury law
- Ability to handle a high volume of pre-litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Self-motivated and driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
