Responsibilities:
- Use science and technology background to facilitate communication between inventors, experts, attorneys, and clients
- Advise attorneys in developing technical arguments and presenting complex data to non-scientific individuals
- Participate in all aspects of case investigation and assist with witness preparation
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop arguments and prepare legal documents for proceedings before PTAB and district courts
- Provide guidance in presenting technical arguments and preparing demonstrative exhibits
- Review and understand scientific documents to support clients' technological businesses
- Continuously learn and stay updated on intellectual property law

Qualifications:
- . in engineering, computer science, physics, biology, or chemistry
- Admission to the Patent Bar
- Minimum of 2 years of prosecution or PTAB experience
- Ability to analyze specialized data and documents in relevant field of study
- Self-starter with a strong interest in intellectual property
- Drive and willingness to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion

Location:
- On-site at **Members Only** Law Firm's Washington, DC office
- Option for remote work up to 2 days per week

Compensation:
- Salary range of $140,000-$165,000, with actual compensation dependent on experience and qualifications
- Eligible for discretionary year-end bonus and participation in 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans
