- Two-year position supporting paralegals and attorneys in the Restructuring group
- Opportunity for individuals interested in law school to gain prior legal experience
- Assists with managing and organizing materials and information for Restructuring transactions
- Extensive hours and travel required, not an administrative position

H2: Responsibilities

- Analyze large amounts of due diligence materials related to a company's business operations
- Work efficiently and meet expectations of billable hours
- Assist with preparation and filing of First Day Pleadings and Electronic Court Filings
- Draft administrative first day pleadings
- Prepare information and exhibits for motions, applications, notices, memoranda, proofs of claim, and orders to the court
- Assist with preparation of fee statements and applications, maintain professional fee spreadsheets
- Work closely with other practice groups and offices on restructuring reorganizations
