Law Firm Seeking Associate Attorney with Experience in Real Estate and Business Law

Alabama or Florida Panhandle Location - $110,000 Salary + Bonus and Benefits

The Law Firm of Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing team. With 8 offices located throughout Alabama and Florida, this position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial transactions and real estate matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in these areas and be a self-starter with strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft transactional documents independently
• Attend client appointments and understand their expectations and business goals
• Handle special projects and actively seek opportunities to become involved in committees
• Complete administrative tasks such as time reporting and closed cases
• Utilize technology and automation to enhance the practice of law
• Adhere to all standards of excellence in file management
• Travel as needed to meet business needs

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice law in good standing with the Alabama or Florida Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of continuous, specific, and verifiable experience
• Prior experience in real estate, business law, commercial transactions, and/or community association matters
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong research skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and file management software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and virtually
• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality of client matters at all times
