I would like to see another senior attorney hired, that way we could have someone there to ground us if something goes wrong. We could use someone that could help us stay on track even when times get tough, but otherwise my firm is "A grade."
What can I say; this law firm is my home away from home. Everyone here is very quick to lend you a hand and I felt like I was apart of the team the first day I stepped through the door. The benefits are also excellent and there is plenty of paid leave.
Since we are so much of a family, there are times in which everyone in the firm can get upset about a particular case together or if something bad happens to one of our attorneys, it can upset everyone.
