Law Firm Seeking Experienced Immigration Paralegal in Atlanta, Birmingham, or Mobile

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Job Title: Immigration Paralegal
Experience: Four or more years of experience in immigration law

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions
- Manage labor certification cases and adjust status applications
- Handle employment-based immigration cases for clients in various industries
- Compile and analyze complex case facts and documents
- Prepare reports and other relevant immigration documents
- Maintain and manage case files, including tracking and responding to status inquiries
- Communicate extensively with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and government agencies
- Draft immigration correspondence for attorney review
- Provide training and mentorship to support staff
- Develop workflows and procedures for preparing and monitoring cases

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification or degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four or more years of experience as an immigration paralegal
- Experience with PERM, NIW, and EB-1 cases is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to balance competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a variety of audiences
- Proficiency in Word, PDF, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of immigration software, such as LawLogix, is preferred
